why would big pharma get it in a pill bcuz then less ppl buy their other drugs. they wont do it, trust me. her supplements online now. you atleast need 1,500 calories for normal body function but to be safe I could do about 1,700 but still your diet need to be really nutrient packed but still I dont recommend anyone do that bcuz they might get deficiencies. especially children that r growing.
