What about sleep? Siesta is from 12:00 to 2:00PM where a nap helps out with aging gracefully. What about water? Most Americans are dehydrated which causes the skin to be wrinkled. Other than that I will call this an EXCELLENT video!!! Thanks for encouraging soothing words!!! PEACE!!!
